Memberships start @ $220/month and canceled once a property has been selected or the user cancels it. There are 2 tiers of memberships available depending on your needs. Essentials and Executive.

Memberships are recurring until a match is found or the client cancels the Service.
Success fees for finding a match are only charged once and only if we find you a match.

We collect payments via credit card for Membership  & Success Fees  plus any upgrades such as eminent search, special requirements and onsite viewing.

Certainly, say, you enter into a year lease (12 months) @ $3000/mo. That would result in a lease value of 12 X $3000 = $36,000 annually. A 1% fee based on that value is $360 (plus GST) payable to RENTCLUB as a one time fee once you have selected and been approved for a property sourced for you.

Nothing in this world is guaranteed except death and taxes and now tariffs. While we will do our best to track down the best offers for you, results may vary depending on the season, new housing regulations, special requirements and your budget. Average time for simple searches is 4-9 days while a more complex search could be up to 14 days.

Once we find you a match you like you will be billed a “success Fee” which is a % of the lease value of your selected property. Your referral code guarantees a discount of $200 from your final invoice.
