Memberships start @ $195/month and canceled once a property has been selected or the user cancels it. There are 2 tiers of memberships available depending on your needs.
Memberships are recurring until a match is found or the client cancels the Service.
Refereral fees for finding a match are only charged once.
Certainly, say, you enter into a year lease (12 months) @ $3000/mo. That would result in a lease value of 12 X $3000 = $36,000 annually. A 1% fee based on that value is $360 (plus GST) payable to RENTCLUB as a one time fee once you have selected and been approved for a property sourced for you.
We collect payments via credit card for Membership Fee and Retainer plus any upgrades such as eminent search, special requirements and onsite viewing.
