Do I have to commit to a placement?
No. The Executive is paid per assignment — you buy the search, not the outcome. Corporate is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime after the 90-day pilot.
Can I add priority or proxy viewing later?
Yes. Both add-ons can be attached to any active assignment, whenever you need them.
What does "verified" mean?
We confirm the listing is genuine and reach the property owner directly before anything reaches your shortlist — no bait-and-switch leads.
How do you Verify Properties
We cross‑reference property records, perform basic background checks on listings, and speak directly with landlords to ensure authenticity before adding them to your shortlist. In addition we can conduct an onsite viewing on your behalf and produce a recorded walk-through video.
How long does ti take to find a match?
While timelines vary depending on your specific requirements and market conditions, most of our clients find their ideal match within 2–4 weeks.
