Benefits of Membership

Memberships start @ $49/month and canceled once a property has been selected or the user cancels it. There are 3 tiers of memberships available depending on your needs.

RentClub charges a service fee for matches found to suit the requirements of users. Rates range from 1% of the total lease value (90 day minimum) for rents under $4000 and 2-3% for rents above that threshold.

Say, you enter into a year lease (12 months) @ $3000/mo. That would result in a lease value of 12 X $3000 = $36,000 annually. A 1% fee based on that value is $360 (plus GST) payable to RENTCLUB as a one time fee once you have selected and been approved for a property sourced for you.

Your membership fee gets your search started. You can expect curated lists in your inbox for properties meeting your requirements. It is recurring until a suitable rental is found then automatically canceled. Users can Cancel anytime. The Service fee only applies if we find you something you would like to rent.

We collect payments via credit card for our Service Fee or any upgrades such as eminent search, special requirements and onsite viewing.

Nothing in this world is guaranteed except death and taxes and now tariffs. While we will do our best to track down the best offers for you, results may vary depending on the season, new housing regulations, special requirements etc.

Membership can be cancelled anytime by contacting us. It is automatically cancelled once a match has been found for you.
