Example Fee Calculation
If you are on the Executive Family Plan (2% referral fee) and are matched to a property with a monthly rent of $4,500 over a 12-month lease — the total lease value is $54,000. Your Success Fee would be $1080, payable upon approval.

Rent Club charges a Success Fee for accepted matches and approved parties. Rates range from 1% of the total lease value (90‑day minimum) for rents under $4,000, and 2% for rents above that threshold.

Say you enter into a one‑year lease (12 months) at $3,000/month. That results in a lease value of 12 × $3,000 = $36,000 annually. A 1% fee on that value is $360 (plus GST), payable to Rent Club as a one‑time fee.

While timelines vary depending on your specific requirements and market conditions, most of our clients find their ideal match within 2–4 weeks.

We collect payments via credit card for our Service Fee, and for any upgrades such as eminent search, special requirements, or onsite viewings.

No. Our monthly membership can be cancelled at any time. The success fee is only applicable if we successfully place you in a property while your membership is active. Once a match is found, your membership is automatically cancelled.

You are free to search independently. If you secure a property without our assistance, simply cancel your monthly membership — no success fee will be charged.
