1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RentClub.ca and engaging our services, you (“Client,” “User,” or “Renter”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you may discontinue use of our services.

2. Scope of Services

RentClub.ca provides property location services specifically designed for executive and professional renters. Our services include:

• Conducting targeted searches based on your criteria (e.g., location, budget, lifestyle needs).
• Selecting and shortlisting properties that may suit your needs.
• Making preliminary contact with homeowners or authorized representatives to determine availability and compatibility.
• Facilitating a mutual introduction between the homeowner/landlord and the renter for direct communication and final arrangements.

RentClub.ca does not represent either party in a legal, financial, or real estate advisory capacity.

3. Fees, Payment & Memberships

We offer 2 membership tiers. This monthly fee gets your project started with curated lists of suitable properties sent to your mailbox. It is automatically canceled once you have made a selection. If a match has been found an additional service fee equal to 1% of the gross value of the signed lease agreement will be invoiced to you upon confirmation of application approval via the owner tor property manager for your selection. Payment is due within 5 days of the application approval. For higher end properties over $4000/mo a 2% fee applies.

4. Indemnification and Disclaimer

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RentClub.ca, its owners, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:

•  Misrepresentations by third-party homeowners or property managers.
• Disputes between renters and property owners.
• Errors or inaccuracies in property listings, descriptions, pricing, or availability.
• Property damage, personal injury, or financial loss incurred before, during, or after occupancy.
• RentClub.ca is not liable for any outcome of the lease agreement, including early termination, defaults, disputes, or legal proceedings between parties.

No Guarantees
While RentClub.ca makes every reasonable efforts to source high-quality rental properties, we do not guarantee:

•  That a suitable property will be located.
• That the homeowner or property manager will enter into a lease with you.
• That the property conditions, terms, or tenancy will meet expectations.

All final decisions, negotiations, and due diligence are the responsibility of the renter and the homeowner.

6. Privacy and Communication

By using our service, you consent to RentClub.ca sharing your contact information with prospective landlords and vice versa. We do not sell your data. All communications are handled confidentially and used solely for the purposes of facilitating the rental process.

7. Termination of Services
RentClub.ca reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to fraud, abuse, non-payment, or unethical behavior.

8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

9. Acknowledgement
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
