How Does Matching Work?
We combine our advanced AI “Match Engine” with human verification. Our system scans thousands of listings, and our local agents filter them based on your specific needs, ensuring you only see properties that truly fit your criteria.
How Do I Cancel my Membership?
Your monthly subscription is automatically cancelled once you have signed a lease. Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account dashboard. There are no long-term binding contracts for the monthly access fee.
What is this One Time Referral Fee?
This is a results-based fee charged only when you successfully sign a lease for a property we found for you. It incentivizes us to focus on quality matches rather than just quantity.
Is every Property Verified?
Yes. Before a property makes it to your shortlist, our team verifies the ownership and availability. This drastically reduces the risk of rental scams and ensures you’re dealing with legitimate landlords.
What if I find a Home on my Own?
If you find a home on your own or through other methods just cancel you account with us. If you paid for a month and cancel before then, we will prorate you for the time used and refund the difference. Easy, peasy.
