• Your use or inability to use the services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RentClub.ca, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the platform;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

The platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. RentClub.ca makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
