What is the Service Fee?
RentClub charges a service fee for matches found to suit the requirements of users. Rates range from 1% of the total lease value (90 day minimum) for rents under $4000 and 2% for rents above that threshold.
Can You provide an Example of Fees based on Leases?
Say, you enter into a year lease (12 months) @ $3000/mo. That would result in a lease value of 12 X $3000 = $36,000 annually. A 1% fee based on that value is $360 (plus GST) payable to RENTCLUB as a one time fee.
When is the Service Fee Due?
Once your rental application has been approved we will bill you for your service fee. Acceptable payment option is by the credit card of your choice. You will receive a receipt for your records.
How Does RentClub collect their fees?
We collect payments via credit card for our Service Fee or any upgrades such as eminent search, special requirements and onsite viewing.
Is Home finding a guarantee?
