Simply log-in to your profile page and select “Cancel My Membership” – one and done or email us (support@rentclub.ca)

Your selected pan continues until you cancel via your membership page or direct contact or once we have located a property for you that you have rented.

If nothing we send you works for you or you are out-competed by other renters you can cancel or continue on until we find you the right space.

The service fee is our little bonus for finding you the perfect property at a rate you can afford. 

Once you have selected and viewed a property and are ready to enter into an agreement with the owener we will bill you for your service portion. This is a one time only fee.

We charge a retainer to offset the cost of our Ai agent and human interaction in compiling suitable property lists for your clients. With the retainers you are guaranteed X number of hours and weeks to complete the task. Any unused funds in the retainer can be applied to the final service fee.

Unused retainer funds can be applied to your final service fee. If no property has been found or you found something on your own then a full refund of the retainer will be awarded to you less the time and hours already spent on your behalf.

The recurring monthly membership fee is not refundable but may be terminated by our clients anytime. It automatically terminates once a property has been found.
