We charge a retainer as well as a monthly recurring Membership.

There are several service tiers all based on your individual or family needs.  A basic plan (Essentials) @$49/mo gets your search underway. Cancel anytime. The recurring fee is automatically cancelled once a match has been found and you have decided to rent it. 

The retainer are funds on file to pay your final service fee once a match has been found and you are renting the property.  (see service fee)

RentClub charges a service fee for matches found to suit the requirements of users. Rates range from 1% of the total lease value (90 day minimum) for rents under $4000 and 2% for rents above that threshold. Your retainer can be used to offset this cost and in many cases, completely cover it.

Say, you enter into a year lease (12 months) @ $3000/mo. That would result in a lease value of 12 X $3000 = $36,000 annually. A 1% fee based on that value is $360 (plus GST) payable to RENTCLUB as a one time fee once you have selected and been approved for a property sourced for you.

You can cancel anytime if you not longer need our services. Your retainer will be refunded in full less any extras you may have contracted for.

Membership is  recurring until a suitable rental is found then automatically canceled or Users can Cancel anytime. 

Membership fees are not refundable.

We collect payments via credit card for our Service Fee or any upgrades such as eminent search, special requirements and onsite viewing.
